Research before outreach.
Before we write a single word we study your work at depth — the specific book or expertise, the intended reader, and the podcast landscape that already has that reader assembled as an audience. We identify which shows your ideal reader is already listening to and why your specific perspective is what that audience has been missing. This research phase is what separates a pitch that gets opened from one that gets deleted.

The pitch letter.
Every pitch letter is written in your voice for one specific host. It references that host's actual episodes, their audience's documented interests, and the precise reason your work fits their room. You receive every letter before anything goes out. Nothing reaches a host until you have approved every word.

First payment.
Once you have approved the first batch of pitch letters and decided the work is worth proceeding with the first payment is due. Not before. You are paying for work you have already read and decided meets your standard.

Outreach and follow-up.
The pitches go out. Every show receives a follow-up on a ten day schedule with a completely fresh angle each time. You do not chase anyone. That is handled entirely. If no response comes after the full follow-up cycle three completely fresh shows are researched and pitched at no extra charge through the same approval process.

The booking and second payment.
When a host confirms a real interview booking you receive a complete Interview Preparation Guide specific to that show — your talking points, five likely questions with suggested answers, and a bio written for how that host introduces their guests. For Growth package clients the second payment is only due after this confirmed booking arrives. For Authority and Elite clients the second payment is due after approving the remaining pitch letters. In all cases the pitching and follow-up continue at no extra charge until a host confirms a real interview.
The guarantee in plain terms.
If ten days pass with no response from any show the research begins again immediately. Three completely fresh shows are identified, new pitch letters are written, and they go through the same approval process. If sixty days pass from the start of the campaign with no confirmed booking the campaign is extended by thirty days at no extra charge. If the extended campaign also produces no confirmed booking the second payment is waived entirely for Growth package clients. The campaign does not close until a host confirms a real interview. There is no expiry date on this commitment and no additional cost for any of the extra work. The only money that ever leaves your account without a result attached to it is the first payment — for work you have already read, approved, and decided was worth proceeding with.
